‘The Liberal Arts Farmer’, a Virtual Lecture by Dr. Leah Bayens

The Jospehine Ardery Foundaiton presents an Earth Day celebration, featuring Sterling College’s Dr. Leah Bayens, director of The Wendell Berry Farming Program, with her presentation, “The Liberal Arts Farmer.” Dr. Bayens will discuss the work of farming education and what the liberal arts have to contribute to an educational model that historically has valued “how?” over “why?”.
