The Berry Center will host renowned writer, teacher, farmer, and editor Jason Peters. Peters is a founding member of the Front Porch Republic, (FPR) forum advocating for communities, place, and conservation. His 2007 University Press of Kentucky publication, Wendell Berry: Life and Work, is a staple at The Berry Center. Peters tends a small farm in Ingham County, Michigan, and he teaches English at Hillsdale College.
This presentation is free and open to the public thanks to the generous support of The Josephine Ardery Foundation, the Tall Grass Farm Foundation, Jenny Harrod, Tony Perry and Jeff Ricketts, and Cindy and Scott Anderson. Light refreshments will be served. For those who cannot attend, this live public presentation will be recorded and broadcast at a later date.
