Children and Students are free but require reservations. \nDescription:\nThe Wildlands & Waterways Film Festival celebrates the landscapes\, rivers\, forests\, and people working to understand and protect the natural world. Hosted by Woods & Waters Land Trust\, this curated program of short films features Kentucky filmmakers alongside inspiring conservation stories from beyond our region. \nThe program features a collection of short films exploring themes of discovery\, stewardship\, creativity\, and our relationship with the natural world. Films include: \n\nKentucky Wild Rivers: Secrets of Discovery\nRiver Cowboy by Kentucky Waterways Alliance\nJourney of the Blob\nOnce Upon a Forest: A Twig Poet’s Rewilding Journey\nRiver\, River\, River Run\n…and several short conservation films from the Wild Hope series.\n\nTogether\, these stories highlight the beauty of our rivers and forests and the people working to understand and protect them. \nDuring a brief intermission\, we’ll host a short conversation inspired by one of the films featuring a guest involved in its creation. We’ll also have a few fun giveaways donated by community sponsors. \nThrough film\, conversation\, and community gathering\, the festival invites audiences to see familiar landscapes in new ways and reflect on how we care for the places we call home. \nSeating is limited.  Reservations are strongly encouraged. \nGet your tickets HERE\nTickets for adults are $10 each.
